The Zarta is cut close and then deliberately loosened. The skirt wraps across the front and closes with four gold buttons down the side, the hem curves away instead of cutting straight, and a single flap pocket breaks the hip. Then the cord. A slim tie belt runs through the waist, knots at the front and hangs past the hem with gold tipped ends, and it comes with the dress. There is no stretch in the cloth at all, which is the point: it holds its own clean line through the body instead of following yours, and it stays matte rather than catching the light. Carbernet is deeper than red and darker than wine, which is what keeps this out of the office. Wear it under the Noelle Fur Jacket.
